About 14 years ago, I started out in content at Oxford University Press.

My focus was on editorial for niche academic publications in politics and philosophy. 

Later, I wrote technical bids for a global B2B technology company and trained a pre-sales team of 10+ consultants and bid managers to write high converting answers. My ability to match technical content to audience needs enabled me to improve the bid qualification rate from 1 in 5 to 4 in 5 and drive £40m+ in revenue growth. 

Pre-sales is where I became skilled at interviewing SMEs. I then took that knowledge into my role as Head of Content to create meaningful insights for target audiences. And it didn’t take long before I’d completed training with the best that content marketing has to offer – including CXL and Copyhackers.

Today, I’m a B2B tech content writer who has technology expertise across Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cloud, Big Data and Business Intelligence, Application Development, Omnichannel Retail and Agile/DevOps.
